At Giftybox, we take pride in curating premium and thoughtfully designed gift hampers. Due to the nature of the items included in our hampers, we follow strict return, refund, and cancellation policies to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns of orders purchased through Giftybox only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: Return or exchange requests will be accepted only if the product(s) received are damaged or incorrect.
- Notification Timeline: Customers must inform us of damaged or incorrect products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
- Proof Requirement: Customers claiming missing items or damaged products must provide an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and should capture the full process of opening the package.

Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If we have been provided with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- If there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
- If the package is refused by the recipient.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our gift hampers, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. As each hamper is specially curated with personalized items, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
